EARTH HOUR  30th March 2019

To Celebrate Earth Hour, Wingecarribee Shire Council is inviting the community to Vessels of Change, a special FREE event being held in partnership with the Southern Highlands Botanic Gardens, and local artists Heidi McGeoch and Sam Larwill, on Saturday  March from 5.30pm to 9:00pm. 

 

Vessels of Change will encourage the community to come together and move towards a sustainable future by engaging in all things renewable energy. 

 

The event will include: the launch of the Vessels of Change art installation, designed by Heidi and Sam, which is a glowing solar-powered city streetscape; and a fun activity for kids, who will get to make their own solar-powered lantern to take home.
